Popularly known as “Big Weale”, Theo comes from a family of 3 boys and 1 girl. He started playing rugby at Milton Junior School and went on to Milton High School in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Theo has previously made it to provincial team and the national team whilst boasting a BSc in Sports Science & rugby certification as follows:
