Tinotenda Blithe Mavesere is a Zimbabwean rugby player born on 17 October 1998 and currently plays for Harare Sports Club in Harare.

Mavesere was recently selected to play for Zimbabwe in the 2019 season of the Victoria Cup. He also played for U21 Pitbulls in the Harare U21 League; for Goshawks in the Kwese 7s; for Harare Sports Club in the Super 6 & for the Zimbabwe Rugby Academy in the 2019 season of the SuperSport Challenge.
