02 NESBERT SHONHIWA

“We’re five children and I’m second from last & grew up in Budiriro (Harare). I attended Budiriro 5 Primary School, Mufakose 2 High for my ‘O’ Level then Ellis Robins Boys High for Advance Level. l studied pure commercials and I’m going to study business management.”

“At first I used to play cricket and then my friend invited me to rugby training from there that’s where I started liking the sport. Rugby has taken me to Bulawayo, Mutare, Chinhoyi and few years from now l will be a professional rugby player in South Africa.”

Nesbert Shonhiwa previously played for Alex Sports Club in 2018 for the Summer 7s League.

In 2019, Nesbert (AKA Mhitsa) has played the Harare U21 League and was also part of the Harare Sports Club starting line up for the Super 6 League.
